WHAT PAYMENT METHOD CAN I USE?

The ULDERICOPINFILDI.it website accepts the following payment methods for online purchases:

  • PayPal
  • Bank transfer (at the completion of the order the coordinates will be reported, the order processing starts from the confirmation of the accreditation)

 

I HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE DEBIT WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE ORDERED PRODUCTS?

After we have processed your order, we will send you the terms and conditions of delivery by e-mail.

 

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE PACKED AND SHIPPED?

The packaging of the works is made to measure with resistant materials to ensure maximum protection during handling. They resist the absorption of shocks and impacts, this allows you to ship products of medium size and weight even with traditional couriers.

 

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping methods and costs may vary according to the article and destination. The works will be insured and delivered within 15 days of order confirmation.

* Delivery times are indicative. Saturday, Sunday and public holidays are not considered as working days.

** For orders placed before 16:00. Orders placed after 16:00 will be shipped on the next working day. Orders with next day delivery made by 4pm on Friday will be delivered on Saturday.

N.B. A signature is required upon delivery. If it is not available, the courier will arrange a new delivery and will notify you at the address indicated for this purpose.

You can track the order online at any time on the Follow your order page. All you have to do is provide your e-mail address and order number. You can also follow the order by clicking on the link in the shipping confirmation email to view the online order tracking portal. Or you can contact our Customer Service.

Option 1: by post

To return or exchange products by post, follow these instructions:

Write an email to info@uldericopinfildi.it with the return request and wait for the answer to proceed.
Pack the goods safely, by entering the original return form. If possible, use the original shipping materials and box.
Send the package to any post office in Italy.
The return request will be processed no later than 14 working days. For the refund of the item, the same payment method chosen for the original purchase will be used and our Customer Service will contact the user to define a new order.

In the event that we receive a product in unacceptable conditions, we may be forced to return it to the sender.

Option 2: in the shop

The products to be returned or exchanged at the point of sale must be accompanied by the e-mail relating to the shipment of the order. Remember that changes made in the store are subject to availability. Except in the following cases, the refund for returned products will be made with the same payment method used for the original purchase. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as the return procedure has been completed.

Please note that for orders paid through PayPal and returned to the store, only a refund by gift card is provided. If you wish to receive a refund on a PayPal account, you must return the order by post.

The in-store return policy indicated above is also valid for purchases made online and collected in the store.

 

HOW MUCH WILL IT TAKE TO RETURN OR CHANGE THE GOODS?

In case of delivery not compliant with the order, prepaid shipping can be requested which can be used to return the item at no additional cost. The return can only be sent to our affiliated couriers.
For the refund, the same method used for the payment of the order will be used. As soon as the return procedure has been completed, you will receive a confirmation email.

 

IF I PURCHASE AN ITEM I INTEND TO GIVE, WILL THE PERSON I ARE INTENDED FOR RETURN OR REPLACE IT WITH ANOTHER?

Gifts can be returned by post or at a shop, as indicated above, as long as they are accompanied by the courtesy receipt or the original return form. For gifts returned by post, keep in mind that the refund can only be made in favor of the original account and with the same payment method used for the purchase of the gift.

The price of the products on the site is inclusive of VAT (where applicable) based on the rate in force in Italy on the date of ordering online. The final price of the order, including shipping costs, will be communicated to you in the order summary before the order is placed.
