Pulcinella
is the mask
of Naples.
He is lazy, ironic, opportunist, bold, superstitious, always looking for food, a true icon still inextricably linked to the city today.
Precisely for this reason I could not fail to pay homage to this character. So I made Pulcinella mask in a very personal vision, I molded it clay, similar to volcanic rock and I broke it to create a break with its classic representation, but at the same time to remember its strong bond with the territory.
The mask of my Pulcinella is black as cold lava, red as fire and the blood of my land, which remains still so alive, so full of meanings.
